Sam's Club

Really bad experience at the pump. I’ve traveled from Florida to several Sam’s Club Fuel Pumps and this one is the second one out of several hundreds that has given me an issue. Same issue every time, it’s always the QR code. And then the employee assigned to the Fuel Pumps never know what to do to help. I hate inconvenience and this was frustrating!

The manager who decided that they were going to tow cars parked anywhere in the parking lot for the biggest wvu baseball game in history is a loser. My car was parked in a very out of the way spot. I comeback to my car after a rain delay and its towed! No warning at all, just gone. My car being parked there had zero impact on their business. This store probably lost more money paying a towing company to tow any car they please versus any potential money they would have lost in sales from parking spot capacity. Sam's Club is owned by Walmart, and the Walmart next door had zero issues with wvu fans parking there. Why the hell are you taking advantage of fans of the university your business is located in? Probably youre biggest money driver and you want to screw people over. Whoever made this decision needs a damn reality check and get off your power trip. I am going to contact wvu athletics and put your business on notice for this bullshit.

Wanted to give a shout out to the Bakery🙌🏼 Everything is always fresh and made perfectly to order. I called and had the please of speaking with Kristy about a custom cupcake order and she went above and beyond to help make the perfect design for our party. Can not say thank you or recommend them enough!

This Sam’s Club location is great! The bathrooms were clean, and there was plenty of parking available. The café staff quickly fixed my order, which I appreciated. They have everything you’d expect in bulk, and the shelves were fully stocked, including a large selection of wine and beer. I used the Scan & Go feature, which made checkout super easy with no real need to wait in line. Even for traditional checkout, the lines moved quickly, and they had two people efficiently checking receipts at the exit. Smooth, well-organized experience all around.
